Someone asked me where to find a good plumber and I just thought this would be good info for everyone.  When looking for a plumber, electrician, etc., go to the local supply shop (not the big box places, but the places where the pros buy supplies).  Tell the guys at the counter what you are looking for and they will gladly give you a list of the best tradesmen for the project.  I have never been steered wrong by these guys.  They will not send a jackleg out to your property because they know you will come back and throw a fit.
