Bying Special Tools from Private party
Thinking about buying some special tools from a couple private individuals about 700 miles and 2 states away from home. These guys used it as a side business there.
How do "I" know they are free and clear and not financed OR the bank gets paid so I dont pay for them twice????

Do these tools have a title? Are they large enough the bank would try to track them down?
