Just a quick fun post. What real estate activities are filling part (or all) of your weekend? Today, I'm making progress on updating some old outlets in my personal home. One small step toward getting projects around here complete so I can move to Florida eventually and rent this place out. Happy Easter!

    Nicole,

We're rehabbing a 100+ year old farmhouse.  My wife has been painting, I've been putting in new floor joists with 3/4" decking (had some rotten joists with just hardwoods directly on them, then tiles, then carpet).  We normally farm this stuff out but this one is very close to our residence and we are going to try and make it a vacation rental.  More of a fun type project.

    Good Luck!
