Auctions and pre-foreclosure
Hi,
Its getting harder for me to find homes to flip. I read several real estate books and I heard about buying houses from homeowners who can't make payments but I never got exact details about how to do this. How do I find these type of people?
What about buying houses for sale because of taxes owed. I tried calling the county but they were not very helpful. Have you had success with any of these strategies. Also if you have other ways to find properties please let me know. Thanks
