BRRRR strategy Finacing help

Hello, I am considering doing my first BRRRR strategy deal but have some concerns. Is it better to purchase the property under an LLC? Also living in MD, I not aware of banks with more lenient seasonal periods, would it be wise to use a Hard money lender given their time stringencies on a BRRRR. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Purchasing under an LLC will mean that you need to get business loans. That has advantages and disadvantages. Find your local real estate investment group. There will be people there who have done what you want to do and will be able to give you local advice who to work with.
