Hey BP community!! So I’ve been searching for a few properties in PA and NJ. A few seem promising but idk if they are good deals since they’ve been on realtor and Zillow for over 30 days :/ Can someone help me determine if they are worth flipping

For each property, what is the ARV? What is the repair cost? What is your desired profit? What is your financing strategy?

If you can tell us those four pieces of information for each property, we can tell you about how much you should be looking to purchase the properties for in orer for them to be a good deal.
