Rehab Contractors in Torrance, CA

I just closed on my first property (R1 with a ”rec room” in Torrance, CA). It is going to be a house hack, but I need to do some work on the main house to get it rent ready and the rec room so that I can get it permitted as an ADU. Does anyone have any contractors that they recommend? I know it would have been a good idea to go to some REIAs to meet people, but I didn’t so now I’m resorting to Yelp. I’ve read The Book on Flipping House and am relatively handy so I somewhat know what I‘m doing, but I’d be appreciative of any help I can get. Thanks! Scope of work: -install luxury vinyl flooring -install kitchen appliances -new kitchen counter -paint kitchen cabinets -paint interior walls -roof replacement -termite damage repair -paint house exterior -plumb gas and drain to rec room kitchen -draw plans to submit to city for permitting
