Architect/Construction mgr turned Plumber looking for guidance
Architect/Construction manager turned plumber in southeast Michigan area looking for guidance in seeking first deals. Absolutely willing to lend my services and knowledge in plumbing for guidance/mentorship. Seeking my first deal in the rehab/flipping portion of real estate and uncertain where to dive in. I've read books and studied plenty but perhaps diving in with my first deal(s) is necessary. I work full time now(40 hrs a week) and own and operate my own plumbing company on the side where I make about 6 times as much. Keeping my side hustle for now until I make the leap but again seeking guidance and willing to offer my services.
