Feedback on new Flipping/Wholesale program

Great afternoon BP,

This weekend, I met up with Real Estate investor, who has a flipping/wholesale coaching program. The program educates you through the whole process on your first deal and give you complete access to resources. I am new and interested in Real Estate so I honestly don’t know if this is a great opportunity or scam. The program cost $46,900 and we keep the profit on the first flip.

The program pertains:

-Access to vetted deals (20,000 and over profit)

-Access to note buying

-Access to private/hard money lenders

-Access to education content

-Access to transactional funders

-Lending Opportunity

-Property Field Trip

-Mentorship for one year

-CPA services

-LLC creation

-IRA creation

I was also told that I can get credit from my bank since I am a veteran with zero percent interest.

@Jordis Jones seems like a lot of access to things that you already have access to, if you put in some effort. You could do a lot of "on the job training" for $40k, so for me, it wouldn't be worth it. Some people (maybe you) need more 1 on 1 guidance? I felt that I could do the research on my own and ask questions when needed. Then when I was ready to invest, I spent money on investing.
