Hi Akeem from Brooklyn. Looking to get my first home for my mom who pays $1921 in rent in apartment that she will never own for the last 14 years, I would like to reverse that and use my leverage by using my excellent credit or using the BRRRR method and get get my first property in Harrisburg PA.
