I'm really interested in Wholesaling homes here in the Northeast San Antonio. I have a little cash available but would like to flip contracts. Not exactly sure what is all needed to get started. I'm a bit confused about how to locate investors after acquiring the homes and would like some guidance. If anyone could take the time to clearly explain. I'd really appreciate the help.
