Question for the forum: Is it possible to use a VA Loan to buy a wholesale property and fox and flip later to rent out?

VA loans have some strict requirements so a flip candidate probably won't meet the loan requirements. Also, the purpose of a VA loan is to help veterans find a home, not as a vehicle for investments. They will require you to sign an affidavit that you swear to occupy the home as your residence.
