Vacation Rentals/Property Management input
Looking for some insight on Vacation rentals if anyone is familiar with the process. I’m a realtor in an area that thrives on tourism and vacation rentals. I have a few clients that have reached out looking to rent week to week and have turnover/ cleaning etc. I want to utilize this opportunity to essentially create a property management business for the future (long term rental opportunities as well). Does anyone have specific apps/sites/systems/experience to book these rentals? Ive seen a lot of people talk about Buildium/Stessa/Cozy- however I assume these platforms are for year round rentals... I’d be happy to exchange knowledge for any mentors in the group!
