Financing Fix and Flips

Terah Rubin
Posted

Hello all!

Pretty new to the real estate investing world and I'm here to absorb as much information as possible! My mom and I currently are looking to do a couple flips, in Texas, to start out to get some cash flow to put down on other rental properties. That being said, I am curious to know everyone's thoughts on the best way to secure credit either through banks, credit unions or some other type of loan. how it worked or their experience was with doing the process. Also, if you have any suggestions of places, that’ll be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance for the help!

@Terah Rubin you can easily do a renovation loan, either owner occupied with 3.5% down on a 203k FHA or 15% down on Fannie for investment property
