Hey everyone I’ve been lurking on here a while and finally decided to stop wasting time and dive right in.

I'm looking to buy SFH's, rehab and flip or rehab, rent, then sell. I'm located in CT and was hoping someone with experience had time to meet up for lunch or a coffee and give me some advice.
