Going to be starting a rehab in CT soon

I live right outside of Boston and construction cost are pretty costly up here. I may be starting a rehab in Plainfield CT in the next couple months, deal is almost ready to start closing process just contingent on a walk through. In Boston rehab cost usually are about $80-$90 /SF. What’s the range in the CT area?
