fixing and flipping and realtors
i live in the caribbean and just about to start out on my journey of fixing and flipping i'm starting my realtors licence in sept this year and i wanted to know if it would be easier for me to just wait until i complete the licence so i wont have to get conned by agents and their commissions when i can just sell it myself i'm looking at residential real estate to start and then move on from there. needs some advice.asap
