Real estate wholesalers in Arizona
I am looking for real estate wholesalers in Arizona. Wanted to get into the house flipping business. Can anyone help or point me in the right directions as to how to get the list? Tia.
Here's a couple easy ways:
1) Attend any local real estate meeting and there will be plenty. Just look for them on Meetup.com
2) Do a Google search for sell my house fast in Arizona and the first results will be wholesalers marketing to motivated sellers. Please don't click on their ads so as not to cost them money, rather scroll down to the Organic search results and click on those results and look for their contact info.
Don't just stop at one, get on as many lists as possible.

@Bong Budiyono Have you considered finding deals on the MLS?
They're there and much easier to find, especially with the help of an investor/agent who knows what to look for.
I find plenty of fixer-uppers or wholesale deals for my Fix & Flip clients! ;)
