I’m 22 years old, and I am looking to get into RE.
I have good credit, and I have money, and I have a team and we’re willing to take action soon!
But we need some ideas. I need a good real estate strategy. I been looking into buying and flipping.
And if some of you guys can share your story on your first investment, it would be appreciated!
Find houses and get under contract to buy, rehab and sell! Build up cash reserves and be liquid. You write you do.
How do you find houses? Many places depending on where you are located. Start networking, driving around finding houses, finding owners, it is perpetual and every day is different. I luv it!
@Mark Anthony it all depends on your goals, comfort level, knowledge base, how much money and time you have to invest. Your market is a factor as well.
What are you most interested in and know the most about? That would be a good place to start.
Yes I been looking into that lately.
The question is where can I lend money elsewhere besides the bank? I know Mortgage brokers are always willing to give you a hand but I don’t know much about them.
My main focus is on single family homes. My
Plan is to build as many rooms I can, and build a cash flow through Airbnb.
It depends on how much funding needed and your strategy. You really need to start at the end and work backwards.
