Project Mgmt On Flip & BRRRR Projects

I am curious as to what strategies Out of State Investors are utilizing to manage their flip and BRRRR opportunities. As of recent I have had multiple investors express a need for some sort of project management company or individual to act as a reliable source to see that work is getting completed correctly and in a timely fashion.

I do know that some property management companies are not always willing to see the project through from start to finish. However, I have met investors who have used realtors  as project managers or who have simply gone straight to a contractor. I seem some potential room for error here, but wanted to learn more about what some of you are doing! Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Zach
