Possible first deal!!! Tampa
Just sent the info over to my family friend Agent to get more info on the area and market.
House is listed for 39k.
House is in bad shape, so buying lower is definitely a must.
2 bedroom 1 bath. 872 sq on a 5,000 sq foot lot. Storage shed.
No experience, from what i can see, full gut and rehab.
After i get more info from my Agent i will see avout a contractor looking at the property and getting rehab estimates.
Already using BP contractor tool!

Will need a full investor to buy the house and cover costs.
