Sellers asking for low number do I need to make an offer

Got a deal the sellers initial price is 76.5k the ARV on the home is about 220k-230k is it a need to make a lower offer in this situation? I understand a lower offer means more profit for myself but I'm up and coming in this business so I guess you can see I still have the mentality of get what you can get lol
