When flipping using the brrrr strategy should you get your contractor License so when time to buy material you can purchase them your self with the contractors discount at Lowe’s and Home Depot for cheap?

You don't have to have a contractor's license to get a discount on materials from those two places. You just need to buy over a certain dollar amount at one time. depending on the location and store, it's probably somewhere around $2,000.
Just ask someone at the contractors desk to send your order through the Bid Room.
