Does anyone know of a good contractor/(s) that they'd like to share or would recommend within the Baltimore area? i.e great work, communicative, timely, knowledgeable and has reasonable pricing? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

@Lauren Carey getting good contractors is one of the toughest parts of this business.

You want

  1. Quality work
  2. Fast and reliable
  3. Good price

Pick two out of the three, that is the best you will get. Anyone who has a really good contractor they deal with won't share their name because the risk they leave and start working for someone else is too high.

I can recommend how to find one. Stop at every property you see being renovated and talk to the person doing work there. J Scott recommends going to Home Depot at 7:00 am. Only the good contractors show up at that hour.
