At hight of my business I bought a property to buy and hold cash. After a separation I'm unable to rehab and I'm living in the property. I'm looking to move and rehab and rent. Taxes are approx 220/month and I can rent in this area around 1200/month more with sec 8. I'm looking to for my options as my credit is now shot due to putting business to the side to tend to my 3 children and get them situated after the separation. What are my options to get this project financed? I filled out the calculator and will post it if possible.
