Hello BP,

My husband and I are investors in NY but we’re looking to move down to Florida in the next 6 months around the boca ratón región. We are interested in flipping homes close to boca ratón, were ok traveling more north.

Come on down, get in line, take a number....as most areas, lots of competition, only a small percentage of the distressed supply there used to be, with more flippers/wannabe flippers than ever.
