Best way to locate off market properties
I’m a new investor and have done a lot of research but I continue to fail at locating off market properties and within budget. I do not have a large available cash so I avoid auctions as I know may get outbid from seasoned investors. I would like to use a hard money lender for my first investment. How do you all locate these properties?
