No permit house citations
Hey everyone,I’ve came across a huge problem this being my first flip. When house was being renovated I wasn’t aware I needed to pull permits and now I have 4 citations. The 4 are plumbing,electrical,car port, and roofing. The car port,plumbing,and roofing are getting taken care of but the electrical is where I need a licensed electrician to show me what is going to need to be done to get things done right. If anyone has any info on how I can get through this or know anyone please let me as I don’t want to have to knock everything down in the house to get it inspected.
