How can I find Private Money on my 1st deal?
I'm ready to do my first deal, I've done my research, built a rehab calculator, I've even pitched some deals to some family members. I still can't find private money! Does anyone have tips or tricks to finding private money? With it being my first deal I'm offering people a 50/50 split on the profits. Half a deal is better that no deal, right? I just need to find a lender.
