How to get started with house flipping?

Hello everyone I’m a 21 year old about to get their real estate license so I can get familiar with the world of selling a home. My real interest is to start flipping houses and rehabbing them I have a person that can do absolutely everything in rehabbing a home from Sheetrock to framing to plumbing but I just don’t know how to get started and I’m seeking help.

Is the person you want to work with licensed to do everything?  Plumbing license?  Electrical license?  HVAC license?  Roofing license?  Etc?  If not, you probably don't want them to do everything, even if they can.
