How to sell a house after flip during COVID stay at home order?

We recently finished two flip projects and have one house for sale in Philadelphia county and another in Montgomery county PA. Both of these counties are under Stay at Home policy since yesterday. Any advice on how to sell in this environment? Is there anything I can do? I don't want to wait for market to crash and ready to cut my prices down now, as long as I can sell them. The question is how do I sell when everyone is advised to stay in?

I was thinking about renting them out as a last resort option, but I am stuck with the same problem - who is going to check the house for rent if everyone is advised to stay in?

Appreciate any suggestions!!!

Listed a house Monday March 16th and it went under agreement March 23rd.  Great pictures and a virtual tour helped in getting attention and it seemed as though only serious buyers actually did a walkthrough with extreme care.
