flipping in Vegas during/post Covid - is there a future

Hi BP team....we are still looking for and seeing fairly viable flips in Vegas, with some decent returns (on paper)...

Is any one else still buying and flipping and making it worthwhile...Some of my investor friends are all doom and gloom with an asteroid heading to hit the Strat!!

I am not talking of putting the house on the market today...It would be 6-8 weeks down the track...I understand our (this learned group) ESP may not work that far but is any ones spidey sense tingling Post Covid??

It depends on the inventory. Most of the hot markets in Vegas are still doing well. The people I know and work with in that market are still very active and full steam ahead. You need to stick with the fundamentals, have multiple exits and maybe be a little more conservative on ARV but if it's a good deal and inventory levels are remaining low and demand is up you will be in good shape.
