Hi BP,Any books recomended for maths behind real estate 4 newbies
Hi BP, I would like to ask you if you could recommend me a novice book explaining the maths/formulas + how to interpret the values for real estate.
i have been investing time to read books to gain some confidence and so far, these are the books ive read so u can rule them out.

most of these i heard from the podcast, i have complete guide to real estate fincance for investment properties, but i can feel i need a tier below so i can digest it better.
