New investor out of new port richey Florida
I do home renovations, rehabs, and restorations for a living and looking to start investing in flipping for myself instead of other people. Having a hard time finding deals in my area in my cash price range. Made a few offers but nothing came of them. Maybe I’d have better luck with a local wholesaler? Any ideas or help connecting with local help would be much appreciated.
