Superintendent Salary request

Afternoon all,

I am a recently retired Marine looking to get into the RE/flipping game and am looking at a position with a company in Gilbert, AZ as a Construction Superintendent. I will be be managing progress and monitoring receipts for 10-13 houses at a time.  I understand the building/flipping side, and I have plenty of Project Management experience, but this is the first time putting them together.  I am in need of advise on what type of pay I should be looking for. I will be driving my own truck and paying for gas. I know I am new to this, so I don’t want to screw myself over.
