Hello, I will close on my first investment property in a couple of weeks and am lining up contractors.  Need advice or what other's experience has been in what contractors charge investors.  I know what the retail prices are because I own a remodeling company but wondered if there is a price break for investors or not.  I'm guessing not but thought I'd ask...
