Determining ARV

In my start to flipping as I analyze properties the biggest unknown is the ARV. My best source for getting an idea of what it is is Zillow. I know there are mixed reviews on the accuracy of Zillow. What are your thoughts on Zillow and do you have any good sources for getting a quick estimate of the ARV without doing a full on appraisal?
