Green Turtle Cay, Bahamas

Hi guys! Does anyone have any advice for someone looking to invest on Green Turtle Cay or any of islands in the Bahamas?

The house is a Hurricane Dorian house so it's almost a complete rehab. Looking to do a STR. I'm just starting so I really think a trusted realtor would be a great start. From there, lender, contractors, insurers, etc.
