Partnership structure with contractors for flip projects

I'm considering partnering with a contractor to do flips. All costs/acquisition/marketing would be on me and the contractor will manage the construction project side of business. what would be a good rate to give him from the profit margin.

What other partnering Partnership would be possible ?
