Should I set up a different account for a 1031 exchange?
Good morning BP community, I am new to flipping but ready to get into the game. I need a CPA. Does anyone have a good referral? I am in the D/FW, TX. Market. The question is should I set up a different account for a 1031 exchange? Thank you in advance for your advice.
