I just bought a property in Fort Wayne, IN that requires a mid-sized rehab. Does anyone know trusted general contractors that work with out-of-state investors?

For context, my aim is to acquire 5 properties by the end of the year each requiring some level of rehab, so looking to develop a long-term relationship with this being the first property
