Looking to connect and reconnect with folks invested or invested in investing in the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City area. Tenatively, Black Sheep, Monday April 14th at 5:30PM.

About 8 years I bought my first house on 16th avenue and it changed my life! Can't believe how lucky I am to have discovered house hacking and real estate investing in my early 20's.
