Bank approval denied because of felony?
Hi I was in the process of applying for a loan through Wells Fargo everything was good low DTI , job history is good, money in the bank. But I have two felony convictions and they denied me because of that. I was wondering if that's legal? And does anyone have a lender that can help me? Thanks
