Hey BP friends,

I'm currently analyzing a deal located in Kansas City, and need a contractor/rehabber to give me an estimate on a house I'm considering for either a flip or buy & hold, as well as an investment-savvy realtor that could give me a BPO and run comps on the house I'm considering.
