We do new construction as well as rehabs. We are currently looking for land in the Mandeville area, but are open to other areas as well.

Hey @Braden Smith - good to know! I'm wholesaling some lots out of Tammany Hills area in Covington. Start up homes are flying off the MLS there. Any interest?
