Recommendations for Hard Money Lenders in New Orleans, LA
I am looking for recommendations for Hard Money Lenders in the New Orleans area. I would like to hear from others that have had personal experience with lenders that lend to this area. I am from here and am looking to get some funding for my second overall deal. I was planning on going with traditional financing but due to some rehab issues that need to get fixed, I can't find a company that will insure on it until the issues get taken care of.
