First BRRRR Property

Joined BiggerPockets a long time ago but drifted away and didn't take the plunge. I'm back and just bought my first investment property with the intent of using the Brrrr technique. I was thinking of a flip but I'm concerned with the tax implication and how much I would be required to pay on it. (I have no idea)

Just wanted to give a quick hello and look forward to meeting some of you.

So how's it going?  I'd love to hear the updates.

Going well so far. Almost finished with demo and mold treatment. Will start some improvements next week. Main hurdle right now is finding a bank that will refinance without a seasoning period.
