Getting Started in Denham Springs / Baton Rouge

Hi folks,
I've been researching for a couple years now, and have gotten in a place where I'm comfortable, financially, with getting started in real-estate investing. I recently moved to Denham Springs to be closer to family, since my new job is remote anyways, and it seems like a great place to get started investing as well.
