Engineer recommendation with experience in Baltimore row homes
This seems simple enough since these row homes are everywhere, but I had a hard time even talking to an engineer. I did call a few architects and only one picked up and told me he was lined up with 11 projects, all row homes, and told me to have what we want and the footprint laid out for them. I would rather work with someone and choose from one of their existing renovations, it'll probably be easier on them since they went through plan check and know the ins and out and wouldn't be much to adjust (assuming our specific rowhome is the same exact footprint).
