We recently moved to Baltimore (Guilford) Maryland.

Please respond only if you yourself own rental properties or manage a portfolio of properties.

I had an excellent real estate broker and management company in Boston where I have rental properties.

My aim is to acquire properties and have them managed here in Baltimore.

One note: most states require Property Managers to be licensed, but Maryland is NOT one of those states. While having a license doesn't necessarily guarantee professionalism, and vice versa, it is a good indicator. Happy Investing!
